  18. Just for the record,  I have a Bitsurfr Pro which GTE insisted I get when they
  19. installed my ISDN line,  even though everyone says the 3Com is better.

  21. So far,  I cannot get it to "bond" and connect at 128k.   Motorola has an 800
  22. number for tech support,  and yesterday I was on hold from 10:00 am until 12:45
  23. pm before I finally gave up.  I have emailed them and bbs'd them and they just
  24. don't seem to care.  After 15 or so years dealing with computers,  I don't
  25. recall ever getting this poor of customer service from any company.

  27. I am calling GTE to tell them they can have this piece of junk back and I am
  28. going to get a 3Com.
